Taking the Pulse of US-China Relations

US-China relations, already challenged by a growing list of issues, have worsened with tensions stemming from the coronavirus. One bright spot may arguably be the Phase 1 trade agreement that was confirmed in January. It too faces challenges but if made to work can help stabilize the relationship. This column, which can also be accessed at looks at the state of play on both sides.
