Prof. Roger Chen is a faculty member at the school of management of the University of San Franciscoan. He is the founding executive board member of CBSI. Professor Chen is an expert in the fields of corporate innovation and growth strategy. In the video, Silicon Valley Innovation Center interviewed professor Chen to discuss corporate innovation. Prof. Chen discussed various challenges faced by many companies while engaging in innovation and growth. He also explained different solutions and the best practices to help companies innovate and grow.
